I sat and thought about my strengths and weaknesses and had a difficult time coming up with these. I usually ponder these questions when it comes to job interviews, but being completely and 100% honest with myself was a fun exercise. It’s not just about work ethic, but about my life.
Emotional was one word that summed up a lot on not just my strength side, but my weakness side. I’m a pretty emotional person but I think that makes me kind, empathetic, and sensitive to others’ feelings. On the other hand, sometimes I take things too personally and I easily get my feelings hurt. I want everyone to like me, and that’s just not possible. It’s a weakness.
My drive and ambitious attitude is a great strength but it also is part of what attributes to my “bored” weakness. When a challenge is no longer challenging I start looking for more things to add to my plate, which can get overwhelming.
I also am usually running late for things. It’s a terrible weakness.
On the bright side I love learning new things and skills. I can’t get enough of it. And I’m a very honest person. If I even try to lie for good reasons, I’m so easy to see through.
