PAW Patrol is currently one of Lee Lee's favorite TV shows, so when I pulled up the PAW Patrol: Grand Prix game by @OutrightGames on my sister's XBox she was so excited to give it a try. She's seen her brother and sister play games but this was her first time taking the controller. She and Ty faced off in a 2-player race and in his true competitive fashion he creamed her a few times before giving her a head start for her to take the win. It's wholesome fun for the whole family. Up to 4-players can race together and it's also available on PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch and more!

I did it!!

6 months ago I woulda laughed if you told me I’d run 5 miles. Couch to 10K week 13 day, 3 was run for 30mins 1min walk then run for 30mins (with a 5min warmup and cooldown). I couldn’t run more than 60 seconds straight when I started in June. I still dread running and I don’t label myself as “a runner” but by golly, if this ain’t a miracle story I don’t know what is. Before my run this morning I texted @lashawnwiltz and @lipglossandcrayons asking how they get hyped before a run (Carly was running) and LaShawn hyped me up. Brian told me to just do it. Yoda told me not to try. And I did it!!

1.2 miles to go before I’m ready for the runDisney Princess 10K in February. For once I’m feeling confident I can do that.

I cannot get this movie out of my mind. The first time I watched it I felt so bad for Ty who was near tears for the fact that his favorite superhero was really truly gone (he was hoping to at least see him go down in battle). The second time I was able to appreciate the movie for what it is and whew did it hit me! Even Jayda, my reluctant Marvel fan, enjoyed the movie.

I remember when I was working my first real job at a news station and some of my coworkers were celebrating 40th birthdays and I was like 🤯 that’s SO old! Welp… Now my boo is 40 but lookin fine as ever and I’m like that went by fast! Wishing the happiest of birthdays to Brian. The best husband, dad, personal trainer, motivational coach, emotional therapist we could ask for. Thank you for making me laugh every day, believing in me and our kids. I know you don’t love pictures but the camera loves you. And so do I!
